Overview
CreditModel is Standard & Poor's quantitatively-derived credit rating estimation model, consisting of 30 distinct Web-based credit-scoring models tailored to specific industries and regions, and covering medium and large corporations in North America, Europe, and Japan.

Benefits
Using this model, you will be able to generate quantitatively-derived credit rating estimates for both publicly traded and privately-owned firms with annual revenues of at least $50 million (¥10 billion for Japanese firms); and
The credit scores that you generate using CreditModel are represented by familiar Standard & Poor's letter-grade rating symbology, denoted in lower case to indicate that they are quantitatively derived estimates of Standard & Poor's credit ratings.
