S&P/ASX 50 represents the large cap universe for Australia, comprised of the 50 largest stocks by market capitalization in the Australian equities market. Index constituents are drawn from eligible companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. S&P/ASX 50 is a core component of the Australian indices that could be used as building blocks for portfolio construction.
