Patriot Coal (PCX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index

| Patriot Coal will complete its acquisition of Magnum Coal Co. (a privately-held company) on July 23. As a result, Patriot Coal will replace CBRL Group (CBRL) in the S&P MidCap 400, and CBRL Group will replace Patriot Coal in the S&P SmallCap 600 after tomorrow’s close of trading.
