Mary Peloquin Dodd

A director in Standard & Poor's Corporate and Government Ratings, Mary Peloquin-Dodd is heads U.S. higher education and not-for-profit corporation ratings and manages higher education analysts in New York, Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco. Currently her responsibilities include ratings for public and private colleges in the U.S., independent schools, and domestic non-profit corporations. Since joining Standard and Poor's in 1987, Mary has worked in public finance in a variety of sectors. She has worked extensively in the U.S. higher education sector and on other not-for-profits such as hospitals and health systems, cultural institutions, foundations, membership organizations and research institutions. She also worked in Standard & Poor’s short-term/structured finance group and on state and local government obligations and structured finance transactions. Mary frequently chairs higher education/healthcare/and not-for-profit rating committees at Standard & Poor's. She is a frequent author in the field of higher education finance and regularly speaks at national and regional higher education conferences.
