A senior director in Standard & Poor’s Credit Risk Services group. In this role, he is globally responsible for engineering new products and solutions, business development and management. He has worked in different areas of risk management for over 10 years. Most recently, as a senior director in the Risk Analytics group of the Bank of Montreal, he led teams in Economic Capital and Model Validation groups. Bogie led the bank-wide implementation and validation activities for Basel II. With S&P’s Risk Solutions, Bogie developed and implemented Credit Risk solutions for numerous Financial Instructions and regulators globally.

A managing director in Risk Solutions at Standard & Poor’s. She is the head of client solutions for North America, responsible for Risk Solutions’ client services engagements. She and her team assist financial institutions and corporations with credit risk analysis including evaluation of PD, EAD and LGD, validation and development of internal rating systems, rating scale services, risk assessment processes, and training. She has an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
