The S&P/TSX Capped REIT Index is a sub-industry-based index of Real Estate Income Trusts in the Financials sector of the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS®). This index is a subset of the broad-based S&P/TSX Capped Income Trust Index. Individual constituent REITs will have their relative weights capped at 25%. The number of constituents is not fixed.
