MATR received shareholder approval this morning to be acquired by Inverness Medical Innovations (IMA-not in the S&P 1500). S&P will remove MATR after tonight’s market close. As previously announced, Green Mountain Coffer Roasters Inc. (GMCR) will replace MATR in the S&P SmallCap 600.
