Course Overview:
Leveraged Finance Analysis is an instructor-led two-day offering that will enable you to construct
a credit risk assessment for a highly leveraged non-financial corporation incorporating a
summary of the key risk factors; understand the significance of financial structure in the
rating process; analyse the impact of corporate structure and legal documentation issues
on individual issue and recovery ratings and provide guidance on the rating process and
an indication of the potential Standard & Poor’s rating applicable to an issuer.
Note: A thorough working knowledge of non-financial corporate accounts and accounting principles
is assumed.
