Standard & Poor's Rating Review Triggers™ gives you a desktop view of the credit performance of RMBS transactions tested against specific metrics. It is a web-based program that provides a visual indicator of performance using a series of coloured lights that denote a transaction's trend across three positive and four negative tests. When aggregate lights of positive or negative tests are fully illuminated, this is an indication to the analyst that the transaction may be ready for rating review. Then, based on the overall performance of the transaction, the analyst may conduct a more comprehensive review.
