The S&P Pan Asia Dividend Aristocrats is designed to measure the performance of constituents within the S&P Pan Asia Broad Market Index (BMI) that have followed a policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least seven years. This index is a member of the S&P Dividend Aristocrats index series.

Index constituents exhibit the following characteristics:

• Underlying Indices – S&P Pan Asia Broad Market Index
• Market Capitalization – Greater than US$ 1 billion
• Liquidity – Three-month average daily trading volume above US$ 3 million

Index Governance and Policy
This index is maintained by the S&P Index Committee, whose members include Standard & Poor's economists and index analysts. It follows a set of published guidelines and policies that provide the transparent methodologies used to maintain the index.
