Trustee and Common Representative Evaluation Services for the Mexican securitization
market are designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of an entity's legal
and operational capabilities as a trustee or common representative, and to provide
a public, independent assessment of trustees' and common representatives' overall
capacity to provide their services.
The evaluation assesses the trustee's or common representative's overall ability
to deliver services according to a ranking scale that designates the trustee
and/or common representative as Excellent, Above Standard, Standard, Below Standard,
or Weak. The ranking assigned is based on an assessment of the trustee's or
common representative's overall performance relative to its peer group focused
on these key areas: management and organization, operational capability, legal
capability, and financial position.
