Bain Capital Partners (a private company) has completed its acquisition of Bright Horizons Family Solutions. As a result, Magellan Health Services Inc. (MGLN) will replace Bright Horizons Family Solutions in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after tomorrow’s market close.
