Commerce Group Inc. (CGI) in the S&P MidCap 400 Index

MAPFRE S.A. (not in the S&P 1500) is expected to complete its acquisition of CGI after the close of trading on June 4. As a result, Marvel Entertainment Inc. (MVL) will replace Commerce Group after tomorrow night’s market close.
