(T-also in the S&P 500, S&P Global 100 and S&P 100 Indices). T shareholders will receive 0.77942 SBC share for each of their 802.018 million shares. SBC now has 3303.925 million shares in the Index and an IWF of 1.00...immediately after tonight’s close, SBC Communications will change its name to AT&T Inc. (SBC).
