HET’s acquisition by Apollo Management and TPG was completed prior to this morning’s open of trading. As scheduled, UnitedHealth Group (UNH) will replace HET in the S&P 100, S&P MidCap 400 constituent Cameron International Corp. (CAM) will replace HET in the S&P 500,
and Corrections Corporation of America (CXW) will replace CAM in the S&P MidCap 400 after tonight’s market close.
