Allied Waste in S&P 500, Republic Services in the S&P MidCap 400

The replacement of Allied Waste in the S&P 500 with Republic Services Inc. (RSG) will be implemented as scheduled after tonight's close, regardless of whether the deal closes tonight. FTI Consulting Inc. (FCN) will replace Republic Services Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400 tonight, regardless of whether Republic Services' acquisition of Allied Waste closes tonight.
