Compass Bancshares (CBSS) in the S&P 500 Index and Microchip Technology (MCHP) in the S&P MidCap 400 Index

Banco Bilbao Vicaya Argentaria (BBV-in the S&P Global 1200) is now expected to complete its acquisition of CBSS after the close of trading on Thursday, September 6. As a result, Microchip Technology Inc. (MCHP) will replace CBSS in the S&P 500 Index and Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) will replace MCHP in the S&P MidCap 400 Index after the close of trading on that date.
