News Corp. (NWS.A-also in the S&P 500) acquisition of DJ is expected to be completed after the close of trading on Thursday, December 13. As a result, S&P MidCap 400 constituent GameStop Corp. (GME) will
replace Dow Jones & Co. in the S&P 500 and BE Aerospace (BEAV) will replace GameStop Corp. in the S&P MidCap 400 after the market close
on that date.
