Accessing Standard & Poor's CDO Interface^® 1. Click on the “CDO Interface” button above.

2. Click on the “Not registered yet? Register Now!” link

3. Complete all the required fields with a red asterisk (*) and click on the “Submit” button on the bottom of the page

4. A confirmation email entitled “Confirmation: S&P CDO Interface Registration” will be sent to almost immediately.

5. Please click on the link, select or type in your company, and click the “Confirm” button
