A a managing director and the practice leader for the Fund Ratings & Evaluations group, which is part of Financial Services group. Gary is responsible for fund credit ratings and evaluations for more than 800 Funds in the U.S., European, Latin American and Offshore markets and for Liquidity Assessments on U.S. municipal debt Issuers. Gary holds a BBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch College and is an MS Sc candidate at Syracuse University. Gary reports to Jay Dhru, managing director and global practice leader for Financial Services.
