A managing director at Standard & Poor's Public Finance Tax-Exempt Housing and Structured Finance Groups, Wendy Dolber is responsible for the ratings on most tax-exempt state and local housing transactions. She has been involved in housing and real estate finance and development since 1971. Prior to joining Standard & Poor's in 1985, Wendy worked for the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the Department of Housing, Preservation and Development. She is a member of the Municipal Analysts Group of New York and its national counterpart the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.
