A director in Standard & Poor's Public Finance, Kurt Forsgren oversees ratings for infrastructure and transportation-related entities including ports, airports, highways, toll roads, and transit companies as well as several international project finance, special facility and other non-recourse credits. Specific credits include international airports of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver and Metro Washington; the toll roads located in Orange County, California, Denver region, Oklahoma, Maine and New Jersey, projects such as the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, and Austin Convention Center Hotel, and the West Coast ports. As team leader, Kurt also has experience evaluating special revenue secured transactions and utility credits. He has based in Standard & Poor's San Francisco office since 1992.
