The S&P World Property Shariah index is part of the family of S&P Sector Shariah index series. Focusing on specific sectors of the market, this index series is designed to offer investors a set of Islamic compliant investment solutions specific to the unique areas of interest. The S&P Sector Shariah indices currently include a Shariah compliant version of the S&P Global Property index and the S&P World Property index.

The parent index is maintained by S&P Index Committees, whose members include Standard & Poor’s economists and index analysts.
