This exhibit consists of:
1. a. Performance measurement studies through the most recent calendar year-end. The studies explain the metrics used to determine the statistics.
b. Tabular performance data as to ratings transitions and defaults for one, three
and ten-year periods, and defaults relative to initial rating.
2. Credit rating definitions of the designations used to distinguish the creditworthiness of rated obligors, securities and money market instruments.
3. Sample of Ratings Actions
When required by the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the
NRSRO will make and keep publicly available on its website at
www.standardandpoors.com a sample of ratings action information in XBRL
format.
